“From the very beginning of the Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) and R.I. Office of Rehabilitation Services (ORS) partnership, their staff has demonstrated a willingness and desire to transform their company into an inclusive work environment that supports disabled individuals. This partnership allows ORS customers to experience real life employment opportunities not only in their warehouse but also within their stores all across the state. The level of support the OSJL staff provides to disabled individuals is a contributing factor directly leading to the success of ORS individuals.
